Made property grids only display properties bolded when they differ from the default.

At the moment if I click on a child element, the parent is highlighted. This makes sense when the child element is self closing, or has no indent, but when the child element has an indent that should be highlighted rather than the parents indent.

Hopefully the attached screenshot explains what I'm talking about a bit better.

54 Indent highlight currently selected html element. Added new caret handler that suits XML better. Moved caret handler registration into subkey. Added test XML file. Fixed possible stack overflow in ThemeOptionsControl.

Edited Feature: Translate into Chinese/Japanese [51]

Based on referrals, there seems to be quite a large number of Chinese and Japanese users. Since these are supported VS languages, it is easy to provide localized versions of Indent Guides.

I don't know these languages, so a machine translation would be the first step, probably with a specific request for help with corrections. Otherwise, volunteers would be appreciated :)

Closed Issue: Intermittent Import/Export settings issue [29]

May be fixed by restarting VS.

No crash; just displays in the results that the settings failed to import/export. Judging by the amount of text that does get written, it's probably in my Load/Save routines.
